DOCUMENTATION

It is the responsibility of passengers to see that proper documentation is obtained in advance of the trip. A passport valid for a minimum of 6 months is required of all nationals. Additionally, all passengers are required to hold a valid visa wherever required. It is the passenger’s responsibility to check with the appropriate consulates as to the visa requirements and obtain proper travel documents before the trip. Visa fees are not included.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

It is the passenger’s responsibility to take all precautions with regard to health regulations.

AIR TRANSPORTATION & PASSENGER NAME

Air transportation is based on one-way or round-trip economy class travel on airlines specified in each program or itinerary. Often air transportation within the tour programs or destination(s) is arranged locally. Airfares are not refundable once air transportation has begun. Tickets are made out in the name of the customer and are not transferable. Passengers are responsible to ensure that the names printed on the ticket exactly match their passport names. Due to newly introduced security measures, any name change including minor spelling corrections may require airline reservations to be canceled and rebooked. Reservations are subject to availability at the time of

rebooking. Subsequent name corrections will be subject to an airline-rebooking fee of up to $200 per ticket. Journeys by Exotic Inc. will not be held responsible for the denial of services by a carrier due to any

name discrepancy. Name changes must be advised in writing. Tickets are valid only on the dates and flights indicated. Unused portions of tickets may not be used for travel on other flights and are not subject

to refund at any time.

BAGGAGE

Baggage is at owner’s own risk throughout the tour. Baggage allowances are trip specific and will be advised at time of booking. Excess baggage charges are strictly enforced and it is the responsibility of the passenger to pay these charges at the airport.

HOTELS

All hotel accommodations will be provided in hotels mentioned or of similar category. Journeys By Exotic Inc. reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar category whenever necessary. Hotel rooms are assigned on a random “run-of-the-house” basis by each hotel unless otherwise requested or pre-arranged. Special requests such as

bed types, smoking preference and connecting rooms are subject to availability. Triple rooms usually consist of standard twin beds plus a sofa/folding bed or “rollaway” bed for third person. The number of persons accommodated does not dictate the room size.

SIGHTSEEING, TRANSFERS PORTERAGE AND TIPS

All sightseeing and transfers will be conducted in private vehicles unless otherwise specified. Transfers include the handling of one piece of standard size luggage per person. Tips to guides and drivers are not included and are customary.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

On dates including, but not limited to religious holidays and national celebrations, some monuments and sites may be closed. On these occasions, touring itineraries may be amended to reflect these closures.

HANDLING CHARGES

All rates quoted include handling charges imposed by Journeys By Exotic Inc. All rates published include the costs of communications, financial transactions, preparation and distribution of passenger documentation and promotional costs of these programs.

LAND AND AIR COST

All land and air costs are in U.S. dollars and based on tariffs, rates of exchange, costs and schedules in effect and are subject to change without notice. Any fluctuation of currencies could result in a higher land cost. In any case, no surcharge will be imposed after the final tour payment is received. The land and air price includes hotel

accommodations based on two people sharing a room, economy class airfare within the itinerary, transfers and sightseeing as specified in each itinerary. Journeys By Exotic Inc. is under no obligation to give a breakdown of costs for any journey.

NOT INCLUDED

Tour prices do not include meals unless specifically indicated in the itinerary, service charge for obtaining visas, foreign airport departure taxes, laundry, mineral water, beverages, and items of a strictly personal nature.

US DEPARTMENT OF STATE TRAVEL ADVICE

From time to time, the US Travel Department (www.travel.state.gov) issues Travel Advisory Notices giving advice regarding travel to a particular destination, which you should consult. If their advice to US citizens is to defer travel we may have to cancel your travel program. If their advice is against non-essential travel we will not usually cancel

your travel program, but will be happy to give our opinion of the possible risks involved. The decision to travel or not in this case will be yours, and our normal cancellation conditions will apply. You should also check your travel insurance to confirm how a Travel Notice affects your policy.

Journeys By Exotic Inc. reserves the right to decline, accept or to retain any person as a member of any tour at any time. All fares shown by the airlines are subject to change

at any time without notice, and land costs are based on present value of foreign currencies in relation to the U.S. dollar, and in current tariffs, and are subject to adjustment (either way) until time of final payment by passenger. Journeys By Exotic Inc. is in no way responsible for faulty, inferior or non-delivery of any items purchased by tour passengers during their trip.
